Social Work Undergraduate Permission Codes

If you are requesting a permission code for a social work class, please email bsw@utah.edu with your request. In your permission request, please do the following:

1. Email from your UMail account.
2. Include the reasoning for why you are requesting a permission code(s) for a social work class.

Students are NOT guaranteed to receive a permission code. Permission code requests are processed in the order they are received and are typically processed within one week (5 business days).
